Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the unused items in their original Gisou packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
